My Story
Hi! I'm Tazia, like Fantasia, Hughes. I have over eight years of professional recruiting experience and specialize in finding top candidates with the skills and work ethic that businesses are looking for! I started out recruiting when my husband opened a new door to door sales market in Arizona. We then went to New Jersey and Ohio, opening markets and building up multiple door to door teams, as well as a call center, for over four years. After moving home, I worked as a healthcare advocate, then spent four years working as a District Recruiter for Farmers Insurance. While most of my recruiting experience has been in door to door and insurance sales, I am able to recruit for all sorts of positions. I also offer consulting services for those that are interested in handling the recruiting process on their own and just need some guidance through that process.
